complaint

Hello, i have the same problem, i never app**** for any loan, never even registered, i asked them to forward me the contract as specified by the NCR and they did not do so. i rep**** to their court summons and asked them to forward me all relevant documents, they send me an IP address that was not from my phone, but my details were correct, in these times, ***** is a everyday thing, but i do not understand how they got my banking details. I have done my part, and waiting for any responce, so far it has been summons pending final warning etc. So when is final final, if they keep pestering me with emails, but i never got any phone calls, only when i reversed the payment... since then 2014 i have been gettting emails and no action, i am ready for them, they should by law have recorded the message, provide me with a contract or supply me with the telephone number from where i apparantly app**** for the loan... i never did. I never got any service from them or this LOAN FINDER of what they are called. These people should feel the full force of the law in this case being the NCR and stop harrasment of people who earn a living by doing a honest paying job and keep the treats to themselves
