Companies don't feel anything for clients
Earlier this year I was in a very bad financial spot. I was still under debt review but needed extra money to survive as my partner did not had any income. I went online to see if I can get a loan some where. I app**** through loan Connector. Later I got an message that I don't qualify so I though that is it. At then end of the month I saw there were a debit order of R429.00 that went off but did not know what it was for so I asked the bank to reverse it. The bank also gave me the companies name that put the debit order on my account. guess who it was, yes Loan Connector. With me applying for a loan I actually app**** for there service packages. What the package consist of I don't know. I phoned them to cancel everything then I needed to pay penalties and cost me R1032.00. That was the settlement amount they gave me. End of August they e-mailed me again telling me now I still owe them another R135.00. I told there legal department lifestyle Legal I don't owe them anything anymore. After spoken to more than one person at there office to sort it out they just send me a another sms or e-mail to tell me they taking me to court for the R135.00. I think this is upsurt. I eventually got to the person at Lifestyle Legal that I spoke to first to tell me they lost the documentation and send through to them. He assured me that everything is taken care of and that he will sort it out and e-mail me afterwards. Today 07/092017 I had to phone them again to aske if everything is sorted out because I got another thread form them. When I got to the person that sorting my stuff out he eventually in put the phone down while I was talking to him. I told him thanks to them am blacklisted again because of them. Loan Connector and Lifestyle Legal are the worst companies I ever dealt with. Be care full of them.
