Blacklisted at Transunion - with my ID nr

I have just received an email from Lifestyle legal. It starts with my ID number and states that I have been blacklisted at Transunioun, and that I must click a link to make payment. Who is Lifestyle legal, they don't give me any information, and I am not going to phone them, and this is the first sms I received from them. I have read a lot of complaints from this company.
