BIGGEST **** COMPANY *****ING FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE

<p>I have received an email from LOANLOCATOR SA / LIFESTYLE LEGAL stating that "my account" is in arrears? I have never app**** for a loan or ANY services from this company nor have i telephonically accepted any services from them, nor have i supp**** my banking details to authorise my bank account to be debited. They are unable to supply me with a “singned contract” or “verbal consent” or any proof that I have app**** except for a server or I.P. Website number!! SO…. Anyone could of entered my details on their website and WHALLA, I AM NOW SUBSCRIBED TO SOME COMPANY FORCING ME TO PAY THEM FOR SERVICES THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED IN!! Furthermore, they are unhappy because they DONT HAVE my banking details, but have my I.D. NUMBER and CELLPHONE number and according to them that is enough to keep me liable for services that i have not requested nor authorised (if i requested for their services, I would of given them my banking details). This company keeps on harassing me for my banking details or payment. I Have been harassed with sms’s stating that I will be handed over, then I received an sms with a notice of SUMMONS, then I received a DEFAULT JUDGEMENT sms giving me 24 to pay?? HOW CAN YOU FORCE PEOPLE TO BECOME YOUR CUSTOMERS WITHOUT THEIR CONCENT?? THIS IS ***** IN THE HIGHEST LEVEL!! Furthermore i have been sequestrated by the HIGH COURT OF SOUTH AFRICA and by LAW, they are not ALLOWED to give me any credit for i am SEQUESTRATED BY THE HIGH COURT OF SOUTH AFRICA since October 2015 and also the reason why i would not apply for a loan. WHERE DID THEY GET MY DETAILS FROM? Details of steps taken to resolve the complaint: I have searched for the LOANLOCATOR SA website to investigate what this is all about and to get access to their contact details to resolve the matter. i have e-mailed a complaint to ********** on the 30th of June 2016 attaching my court order that i am sequestrated and confirming that I have not requested or authorised any of their services. NO REPLY, JUST FURTHER HARASSING EMAILS AND SMS’S… I wasn’t surprised though. I then phoned the call centre on ***@ 08:31 / 30-June-2016 (call recorded) explaining to the lady what the situation is and all she did was threatened me even further and said if the outstanding balance isn't paid within 24 or 48 hours (cant remember for i was so furious at this stage) they will take legal action. Im not interested in this service and will NEVER pay for something that is FORCED ONTO ME without my consent. I feel sorry for all the other people that also wrote their reviews on Hellopeter that unfortunately have debit orders that is just taken from their accounts. </p> <p>MY SO CALLED REFERENCE NUMBER: ********** 688417</p>
