BAD SERVICE

I received a letter from the abovementioned company to demand payment. I could not get hold of them on the telephone. I write 3 different emails where I explain that I will make 2 payments to pay up the account.

I received an email back to tell me that we need to phone them.

After a lot of calls I call them and eventualy they answered the phone. My husband is working underground during the day and can only be contacted after 5 o'clock. They doesn't want to discuss the matter with me and tell me they will continue with a summonds.

When my attorney phoned them they drop the phone in his ear.

What kind of business is this?
