Bad customer service turnaround time!!!

Good day

I have been receiving strengthening emails from your company regarding collection for Locator

I have responded on your emails and or threat on the 16 April already ,wherein I rep**** and advised that the outstanding payment will be made by the 8th May and have received no feedback since and yet I just receive more threatening emails and sms's summonsing me to court! without someone getting back to me! I have again today called this (***)nr twice - and it rings but NO response and or someone picks up and the line just go dead after the person picks up.

The only response I got -is the below and nothing since ! besides threatening sms's and emails. No follow or feedback up on the mail I send - this was the response i received on the 16th April
