Annoying Spam Emails from Lifestyle Legal

I trust that everyone is having an amazing weekend and for those on holiday already, I hope that you're having a ball of a time.

Awaking on this Beauty of a Saturday a.m to the below email was no joke at all! RE: LIFESTYLE LEGAL// YOURSELF IN RE: PAYMENT OVERDUE

It is our instructions that; The amount of R1831,21 is overdue for payment. We note that you have chosen to ignore the Letter of Demand sent to you on 2018/02/28, and unless payment is received within the next 24 hours, punitive action will be taken against you. This is probably the 100th email I'm receiving from "LifeStyle Legal". Weirdest part of it all is that I never app**** for anything online, ever. I have emailed them numerous occasions, informing them that I am currently unemployed, but it's not use. I seriously don't know what to do anymore. Should I be concerned or just ignore these emails? I hope and pray that someone will respond with positive news.
