Lifestyle Granite. TERRIBLE after sales service.

Luiz changed our old granite kitchen counters and installed Ceasarstone.

The cutting and fitting was done well. But the finishing was a problem. His guys do not work with care. So thinking about cleaning dust and dirt before adding wet silicone to seal off splashbacks makes the finished job look messy and untidy. The grouting/glue they use to seal the joints started cracking after 2 weeks and they had to be called back to fix it.

It's now 3 months later. And the counters dropped in certain areas. Which cracked the joints again and the silicone also cracked and tore. Now trying to get him to come back is a pain. Every time I call to ask when he can come. He promises a day and doesn't pitch. 3 calls later and excuses made. Still hasn't come to fix it.
