Useless management

We arrived at the store at 4pm and there are no closing hours posted (I took pics of the entrance afterwards). We shopped for an hour and went to pay at 5:05. We were told they are closed and we cannot pay. There was no announcement that they would be closing soon and manager told us too bad it was closed. What a waste of time and poor attitude by staff. Won't be going there again. Not to mention the sale of live animals and quite a few dead fish
