Theft by Cashier

I purchased two items from Lifestyle Garden Centre and when paying I asked what the total amount was that I needed to pay. I was told R54.98, I paid with my card. When I was reconciling by bank account I kept on coming up with R100,00 spent. I looked at my slips and found that I had been charged R54,98 for purchases and R45,02 for cash back, total charged and taken off my card R100,00. I phoned Lifestyle and was advised that there was a \glitch"on their system and that I should bring my card in or give my credit card details and I would receive the money back in 7 days. I asked for an EFT to be done as I was not going to hand over my credit card details nor spend my money on petrol returning to their premises in order to get my money back and that I wanted an EFT done immediately. I was told that they understand and an EFT would be done on Friday 14 August into my bank account. I still have not received my money back."""
