Warning!! Do not buy from them.

I ordered my furniture from Sandy herself at the beginning of December and i also asked her before i placed the order if they are still manufacturing and if i would receive my furniture in December or first week of January and she said yes most definitely i would. I waited more than a month for my furniture.... when it eventually arrived , the couches where damaged, so i sent them back. Sandy Said i will not be getting my full deposit back because there is a 50% cancellation fee which was not my fault as the couches where damaged and i thought i was entitled to a full refund, After the whole dispute she said she will refund me 50% of the deposit within 10 days and i'm still waiting more than a month later for my money. I called her every week to follow up on the progress because they didn't bother to call me to let me know what was happening. I am now furious as i called her this morning to get a definite answer as to when i will get my money back and still no answer. this has been the most shocking service i have ever received.
