un callfull lies

I went there with my wife d e raseroka we paid for sofas,defy washing machine and queen bed using my wife bank card.we were advised that they will deliver the following day of the 16th .today is the 22 second nothing is forthcoming.I went there today and asked for my goods they advised me that they didn't have a bed but will deliver the other items today. it's end of business nothing is delivered and they don't the their phone....
