Selling a fridge that has already been paid for.

I bought a fridge from Lifestyle furniture shop in Arcadia but never got it. i made first deposit of the refrigerator then later paid it off. after settling that payment i did not take my refrigerator since i was going on holiday so it would be pointless for them to deliver it as i was not around. when i came back i asked them to deliver it and i was told they did not have the fridge anymore , i should take the one at the floor(display). i told them i wont allow it, but they should bring back my money since they decide to sell the fridge that i had already paid for. they asked for my account number, gave it to them but still i haven't received anything. i went to ask after 4 working days about my money issue they gave me a land-line number saying i should call it its their head office and ask about the money.i tried to call no one answered. till now i haven't received my money. and i do not know why.
