Poor quality Damaged Goods

I bought items from Lifestyle Furniture two weeks ago, what was delivered was defected poor quality goods, and for the past two weeks i have been taken from pillar to post and they don't want to exchange or refund my money. <br> <br> They are running a **** of a business and I want justice. I paid a full amount and require that i get good quality products and not what was delivered
