Like Really now

I had a lay by with them on Wednesday I decided to pay it off and they will deliver it on Thursday and they did..They delivery guy said a guy who's gonna assemble it will come in a morning oooooh well my mom waited and I was never told it must be assembled as a person I understood.I bought cause I loved their customer service but not someone was supposed to tell me when are they gonna come.I'm really angry..where must I place my clothes then
