Disgusting service ever .

I'm really frustrated and no-one seems to care about me as a customer. I bought a walldrobe from Germiston of which it was a struggle to get the installer to my house and when he eventually come to the house he did a job half and never told me i had to pick up the problem and when i get to tthe shop that *Rude and disrespectful so called manager told me what is he supposed to do mind you *i have paid already and whilst the job is still half done. He had an agreement that the same installer will come through on sunday of which till today i had to call him and he told me that his installer told him he came to my house on sunday.He never bothered to call to find out if it was true or maybe he didnt have airtime to play around with like he said to me . Someone pls get back to me i like the walldrobe but not wht i have in my house currently .. I'm frustrated and tried calling around so i can get the headoffice numbers noone was prepared to help me and they keep on sending me back to the shop .I dont want to talkl to Mohamed but someone above him pls ,Im not happy with what is happening.
