I did a lay bye of a deep freezer at Vosloorus Lifestyles. On the 14/12/2015, I went to pay the balance and expected to get my freezer. I was told there was no stock. I asked if I can come tomorrow to fetch it. As stated at he back of the invoice, you have an option of either using their transport to deliver or get your own transport. So I opted to use my own transport. But then I was told to fetch it myself from their warehouse, or if they fetch it from the warehouse to the shop, I will have to pay them for that. This was not explained before or even stated on their terms and condition at the back of the invoice. You are only told this when you come to get your stuff.
