Bad Customer Service

I bought loungesiute and BIC wardrobes on laybye and fully paid them on 1/12/2015. They were delivered on the 3rd DEC, they promised me that the installation will be within 7-10 days. I'm still waiting for the installer till today. I went to the shop on Tuesday, 22 DEC, they promised that the installer will come the same day, well he didn't and I'm still waiting. This is BAD Service I will never encourage anyone to go and buy at this store.
