Unprofessional & idiot manager Lifestyle furniture

I made a purchase yesterday at lifestyle furniture and appliances and this morning I went to fetch the goods. When I got there the manager had just opened the store and I asked about the goods, the manager started shouting at me telling me that the goods has not been fetched from the warehouse which is something he didn't explain to me the previous day when I made the purchase. He's an unprofessional idiot that cannot treat customers. If he continues with his bad attitude he's going to lose customers because that's not how you treat people who brings you profit. He should get training.
