I bought a couch from lifestyle furniture and appliances at Sunnypark Mall in pretoria. The couch when being delivered, it did not fit in my flat because of the door frame. They told me to take it back and they will refund me because is not my problem and am renting at my flat, so there is actually nothing that i can do in that instance. To my surprise, i received R2380 instead of R2799 that i paid initially when i bought the couch. When i confronted them, they said they take it because it is a cancellation, while i did not cancel, the problem was that my couch did not fit and they did not have corner couches that can fit in my flat to maybe exchange to that. They told me i am not going to get my R420 that they deducted from my money and i can go and report it anywhere if i want to. Please i need help and my money back.
