Lifestyle Furniture and Appliance Store Wonderpark - Bad service

<p>We went to lifestyle furniture and appliance store wonder park last night 9 June 2017. We wanted to buy a tv stand and coffee table so no one explained that we will get the stuff the following day. When we paid we decided that we only want the stuff same day so they offered us things that were on the floor and we discovered that they have scratches. We got into an argument with the guy at the store because he says that if we want to cancel the transaction and be refunded the money that we had already paid, their store policy is to take a cut of 15% off the amount. That same policy is indeed written on the invoice but we did not sign the invoice to acknowledge that we agree with that. It ended up being a scene as my husband was talking to the guy (I think it is the store manager) he started swearing at him and when my husband took out his cellphone to record the man's profanities he started grabbing my husband and it got physical as he was trying to take a picture and the gu y tried to take the phone from his hands. As it had gotten very confrontational we left without any of our money refunded . Given the rudeness of the store manager, I risked my safety by going back to the store again today to once again try and get back our money. The same guy/manager refused point blank and even told me that I am free to call the area manager about policy and that if I prefer he could see us in court. I am still without the money we tendered. I would be glad to have my money refunded as that so-called policy is in violation of the Credit Act that allows me as a consumer to have all my funds returned if we are satisfied with the goods - which in this case never even left the store.</p>
