*********** and Rude staff chasing commision

<p>Bought a DEFY fridge on the 26th of February 2016. When I got home the water dispensor was not working. Went back to the shop only to be assisted by staff that gave me attitute and told me that my fridge will only be fixed on the 28th. 8 months down the line, the fridge stopped working completely. Went to the store again this time to report that the fridge has stopped working completely and once again was greeted by staff have me bad attitude and showed no sense of customer service. i was then told that a technician will be sent to fix the fridge. I had to call back to find out when the technician would come after a couple of days only to be told by one of the staff that I have a bad attitute and that staff just said they don't have a compressor that they can fit on my fridge and will come did the fridge whenever they get one. Since then, I have had to throw away R2000 worth of grocery because it had gone off due to the fridge not working and to this day my fridge is not fixed and I continue to suffer by having to on a daily basis but food because I don't have a fridge that I can put groceries in. I am appalled to say the least and this is by far the most disgusting customer service I have ever received.....Lifestyle furniture shop...you guys suck</p>
