Fruad and Bad customer service

My mom lay-bye a lounge suits cost R13000 with Lifestyle furniture at Kempton park the shop moved without being notifying her , I went another branch and explain to them I was transfer to the one in Phumlani mall at Ivory park since it was the closest

We went , they said the shop is still new they don't have system and phones as soon the have they'll ask the head office to sent through the papers, We waited for the whole month. We went back they told us the papers were sent but there is no stock , We were asked for wait for two week, After Three week still no stock we decided we want our refund,

They ask for the proof of pay and the bank statement were they need to send the money too. we gave it to them and they told us that the money will be sent to through to our account we waited for 4 weeks for the money to be transfer , We went back he phoned the head office they said it was done and they gave us a slip that says its being transfer to the account. Its been a week now since we waiting for that money to reflect I phoned them they said they will come back to me since yesterday.

I feel like we have been ****** cause we were given a copy that was showing payment was done only to fine out that they were laying.

Kindly help my mom is crying her tears out everyday R13000 is a lot of money for a pensioner who was serving the money to buy some thing she want for her house.
