Empty promises, not paying back my money and Unprofessionalism

<p>I lay byed couches in December worth R 3 200 and paid R 2 800. Before I could collected them I had to relocate for work purposes, I then informed them about two weeks ago (I literally drove to Pretoria and spoke to the shop assistants who then spoke to the manager or whoever that man was because everybody denies being present at the store whilst I did see them there). The shop assistant then looked at my slip, took down my name and surname, contact details and bank details. He liaised with the manager and then told me my money will be deposited by Friday, it's two weeks and I am still waiting. The manager Yusuf promised me via sms to deposit my money in by Monday morning and apologised that the error was on their side and he would give me back my money and deal with it internally (this was on Sa****ay and it's Wednesday already, his phone has been off and no money in my account).</p> <p> </p> <p>The most disturbing thing is that they do not have a land line nor company email address. I had to ask people to go and collect their numbers on my behalf and that's how I got hold of Yusufs cell no. Furtunately my cousin was smart enough to also ask for the shop assistants number. I tried calling Yusuf and he turned off his phone since Monday, I then called the shop assistants who always "were out of the store" until I got numbers of assistants who were actually in the store. I asked to speak to the manager and they told me there was a rotating manager in store and I said it was fine I would like to speak to him. He gave me his number and then I explained my situation, he then told me there was a "human error" internally and the page that they wrote my details was on the desk and wasn't submitted to the head office. I then told him what Yusuf had told me and that I needed the money urgently, he literally called me off, told me about procedures and at one stage I was lashing out and he said I was talking "f***ed up ****", he told me my money is so small and what was R 2800 and that I must come submit my documents including my ID Copy, bank statement and proof of payment. I told him I was at work, I am too far and would like to email him the documents and he refused, told me he doesnt have an email address and to make things worse he was sending me please call mes for me to call him and he would not use his airtime talking to me. We went back and forth until he gave me an email address "a personal gmail address". I sent the documents and I have been calling him to ask for the upddate. He never rep**** to my email but said over the telephone that he received the docments, I don't know if he submitted because when I call him he says I am starting to bother him, he won't tell me his name and surname and says he will never give me his details I don't hknow what to do because all he gave me was the following email address ***. I feel very victimised, disrespected, belittled, I am even scared to call him now and don't know what to do because he will just tell me off.</p>
