Bad service and very poor management with no s****s

I paid wardrobe of R1799 in instalments at Mabopane branch.My last payment was in November.Was told to collect it after 2 weeks,4 weeks until January i went to complain to management about coming often and not getting what i paid for.To my surprise they showed me damaged wardrobe and even worse was not the one i paid for.To my surprise the person incharge was swearing at me.Saying ****** magogo.On top of that i am using my money to go there and my airtime which i cannot afford
