Poor service and possibly a ****

I ordered a device from Lifestyle Electronics. They use Fastway couriers, who are basically defunct: I finally received the device two weeks after it was sent. Once it arrived I found it to be defective. I have yet to manage to make real contact with Lifestyle Electronics in this regard: they are ignoring my emails and their telephone contact number goes to voicemail. Given another chance I'd rather buy from anyone else.
