LIES AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ON REFUND

LIFESTYLE DECOR supp**** my wedding decor. a R5000 refundables deposit was paid. returned all items on the 10aug/11aug 2015. after 2weeks of no payment.chantal claimed she could not find 4steel items. we used a delivery note as proof that their warehouse received all the items. after 3weeks i asked her to tell me what is the cost. she quoted me 1400 on second hand items. i then got a quote of R600 from another supplier. what a *******. after another week she didnt call back nor respond to me. sarika her receptionist would be on the front and say she is busy. eventually my dad went to the house. SARAKI. **** and said noone is there and she cannot open the gate. my father threatend to make this public so peope would know about the pathetic customer service. she then opend the gate only to find chantal hiding in her office.<br> after 4weeks i received payment of R4400. i still feel i didnt need to lose 600 for something they received.<br> what disgusts me is the manner in which they handled the situation and avoided me.
