Avoid Lifestyle Ceramics.
After purchasing, they tried to *******ly hike the price and only honored the original deal when I challenged them. Worse, they delivered items that appeared used and covered in "wipe marks," claiming this was "factory standard." However, when I tried to exchange them for an upgrade, they used those exact same marks as a reason to complain and refuse the exchange. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and deceptive, it’s clear they dumped inferior stock on me because of their own pricing error. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Avoid Lifestyle Ceramics.

RUDE STAFF
The sales staff in general is super nice both Kramerville and Vereeniging branch and they sell good high end products. But there’s one specific person I encountered today trying to return goods (Imtiaz) the guy was very rude for no reason . I was not even given a chance to explain why was I returning the towel rail he just shouted and pointed us the door . He was also rude to the sales lady assisting me , I would understand if they have internal issues but you don’t treat your ****orkers like that in front of customers. Firstly it was not even communicated that I cannot exchange if it’s a special order . He could have explained the procedure to us in a calm manner .

RUDE STAFF

LIFESTYLE CERAMICS BROOKLYN PRETORIA
SHOUT OUT TO BIANCA VISAGIE FROM LYFESTYLE CERAMICS BROOKLYN PRETORIA. What an experience in this day and age where you do not get proper service anymore....enters Bianca Visagie, what an absolute pleasure working with such a down to earth professional. For more than a year, I was trying to get samples of Baltic Grey tiles because every new batch, comes out a different shade. I tried absolutely everything, drove through to a certain company 4 times with promises that they will get me samples of the different shades so that I can choose. Drove through from Pretoria to JHB, just to realize it was not even the same tile at all. I phoned the company making the tiles and ask who else is selling this tile. Phoned Lifestyle Ceramics, got 3 different shades brought to their Showroom and wah-lah, ordered within a week of contacting Bianca.
