Unreachable holiday booking Agents

Every time I want to book a holiday it struggle, I almost ruined my holiday in January due to their lack of responding to emails or answering their phones.

I want to book again and i am going through the same problem. I have been given 2 mobile numbers of the agents.. still not picking up.

I send them whats app.. nothing, I call in and they either dont pick up their main line and eventually when they do they dont give me sound service.

I took out a 5 year contract with these people and paying a lot of money but always their service is the worst I have ever had to deal with.

Its frustrating honestly.
