Modern day pirate masquerading as a builder!

7 years after building with these ******, I am still battling with the municipality’ to get a certificate of occupation. Their architect was a ***** and never took accountability. He designed a house in excess of the allowable building limits. I subsequently had to appoint a different architect to resolve the nightmare including going through a township planning process at great cost. Naturally Jevon van Wyk is a smooth talking *****. I’m currently fixing my roof structure in order to get an ITC Roofing certificate. All his subcontractors came at inflated costs. Jevon stole materials bought for the project to build his own house at Flamingo Street in Pretoria. Towards the end of the project I had to fire him as he did not keep to project timelines. His project fees were exorbitant and kept on increasing on account of project delays on his part. His on-site project managers were useless and spent time sleeping on the job.
