Shocking experience

I purchased vouchers first week June from the Royal Show PMB and was certainly misled with regards to what the vouchers actually entailed. Despite being ********** I did try and book (and pay the hefty balance) but this just didn't work. A few days later (still before the "waiting period" I requested a refund. There has been back and forth emails, telephone call from my side with no refund processed. I live in Durban and even sent a friend with the vouchers to their offices which they refused to give directions to. I has been almost 2 months... a trail of emails... disrespectful telephonic conversations where I had been shouted at...no refund. I want to caution everyone please DO NOT buy these vouchers. They are not worth it and the company isn't worth supporting!
