poor service with break free

i got a holiday voucher from a company i bought something from. i want to go on the holiday however i can not get a hold of the breakfree offices i have emailed them and i have been calling from 3 days there is no answer on all 3 lines. the line is busy and then engaged and when i call there is just no answer. i mean the service is really ****y and as a client with 2 kids i am so frustrated .
