No reply after purchase.

I suspect this business may be a ****. When I first asked about the product through WhatsApp, the lady rep**** quickly and explained how to place an order on their website. However, as soon as I paid for my order, she stopped responding to both my WhatsApp messages and emails. It’s been two days now with no updates and no reply. This experience makes me very doubtful about the legitimacy of the business. If things change I will adjust my review.
