Recently bought a 5kw battery backup system. The company forgot to deliver the cables. After i called the owner he pronised me that they will deliver it overnight and they will give me my shipping feenback as a gesture of acknowledgement of their mistake. As promised i did recive my cable and the 420 was refunded back to me. Well done people. Keep up the good work.
