Bad product, Worse service.

I purchased a product (power tool) from them; I used it straight away, and it failed within 3 minutes. I notified them immediately, and then it was story time... Their adverti*****t stipulates that if you are unhappy with your purchase, they will carry the cost of the courier and refund you. Neither happened till date (3 months later).

The product is substandard, and they are not honoring their warranty. I will now have to refer this matter to the National Consumer Commission.
