Bad product quality and customer service

I bought a water gun which was advertised on their website for R1200 on the 24 April. I made use of it 4 times and discovered over the weekend the gun no longer sprays water. I have trues contacting them, no response, whatsapp called, no response yet they are online and even emailed. The service is atrocious and unprofessional.
