Titus Molele, principal agent of Lifelizabeth Properties is a *****. We signed a lease agreement with them in January 2020. Less than a week later the tenant (27 January 2020) got accepted into res and we enquired about cancellation of lease. He advised of penalties and we gladly accepted dispite the fact that tenant had not yet moved in and the date of occupying the flat was still in the future, we understood the inconvenience we had caused. In writing they confirmed we would receive the outstanding amount withing 7 working days of 27 January 2020. To this day there is still an outstanding balance. We have tried on numerous occasions to make commitments of payment and instead he made partial payment and more than a month later has not said a word. I hope my review will save even if its 1 person from my experience. He is very unprofessional, unreliable and does not honor commitments or his very own business practice.
