Frustrating

<p>Contracted LifeLite to provide a Electrical Certificate of Compliance for a house sale. Was quoted for a 2 day job, and was assured he understood and could provide all the nessesary work includeing "rectification and certification" of my UPS system. </p> <p>First off he missed the first day of work as "one of his workers had to go to court" followed by car trouble and every imaginable excuse. His first attempt at the UPS left me with a UPS not actually connected to any power source, or to any of my circuits ! It took 3 weeks to do 2 days work ! When I started chasing him to complete the work, he switched his phone off !.</p> <p> </p> <p>22 days later I received a CoC with UPS installation excluded, which I accepted rather then having any furtehr dealings with him</p>
