THEY PUTTED MY NAME ON DEBT REVIEW

They offered me the debt review then i told them i am not interested they can cancel the application, they charges me the cancellation fee of R3 522.00. i have paid them on the 20 July 2015 but they still haven't removed my name on the debt review. i did follow up but now they telling me i have to pay another R2 500.00 for cancellation again
