Recent retrenchment- no means of communicating with LifeLine Debt Solutions

I have been under debt counseling with Lifeline Debt Solutions for close on 3 years and the payments are going smoothly.

My problem is this: They had major problems with their telephones and emails early January, 2018. They are uncontactable all the time and it is beyond frustrating since their offices are in Durban and I am in Johannesburg. Their telephones don’t work, their emails are not answered. No one Mann’s the WhatsApp group. The admin is actually pathetic!

I need to speak to someone urgently! Your website is also not being updated, so I literally have zero means of communicating.
