No clarity

My name is Brenda O'Rielly and was under dept review in 2010 , NCRDC808 Michael Peter Boylen Lifeline Debt Solution. I have tried to contact the company by phone or email but the phone cuts off and they do not reply to emails. I am complaining because I did not get clarity about dept review and the impact it will have on my life. I have requested to be removed but I have not gotten any assistance. At the moment I am in employed from 2014 and I cannot get a job because no company will touch me because f the dept review. I am requesting to be removed and for the company to be competent enough to answer their emails or their phone.
