Lifeline Debt Solutions failing clients with Telkom problems.

I’ve been under Debt counseling for 3 years rmwith LifeLine. They were referred to me by ex colleagues who had great service through them. My service started off brilliantly until Lifeline’s offices started experiencing Telkom problems which affected their internet and telephone lines. My accounts are all being handed over due to my being Retrenched in June last year. I sorted regular payments out again with Hyphen PDA after being employed again and payments are going off every month. The problem is with collections agencies such as Norman Bissett and Brooks Luyt Attorneys INC. who have received 17.1 and 2 forms from Lifeline last year before the Telkom problems started again and the collections agencies are sending harassing emails, sms’s and phone calls, sometimes 3 times a day. I explain the same problem with Lifeline being uncontactable and they brush it off with threats of me needing to make arrangements for payment. What do I do? I live in Johannesburg and Lifeline are in Durban. I’m paying them an admin fee every month and I want to claim this back. I’m taking this further with the National Credit Regulator and hope some form of reprieve can be made. My personal question about Lifeline Debt Solutions Telkom issue: why don’t any of the staff have ****les attached to their computers in order to continue servicing clientele? It’s pathetoc to keep having the same problems since beginning last year and in 2017 as well. Pathetic service and ****************.
