Life Line Ruined My Life

I just need to know how these people work. So way back in 2010 (the year i turned 18) a listing was put against my name for voluntary debt restructuring.. I have been trying to get this thing removed since then. After countless emails and calls, nothing has happened. I called the NCR where I was told that I will need to get another debt counselling company to get this removed. How is it possible that I now need to pay over R4000 to get it removed?

So now there is new contact information available for them, I have called and emailed countless times, and guess what, still no one that is willing to help. They don't even bother replying to emails.

Please tell me someone has had a little bit more luck recently?
