EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

I am so unhappy with the poor service Lifeline debt solutions are delivering! you cannot even say they deliver a service cause they don't! They leave people who are trying to clear their name in trouble by GIVING THEM NO ASSISTANCE. I have been trying and emailing them and wasting MY money on them to get them to do their work to remove me from all credit bureaus and they simply don't. I was told they informed the credit bureaus to remove me, just to find out the flag is still reflecting on 3 other credit bureaus which i would not have known if I wasn't constantly chasing up with every one. THEY NEVER RESPOND TO YOU - NEVER! I spoke to Noxolo Ntshakala and now she simply does not reply to my emails / messages. The only time they do reply ( the one or two times) is when you copy NCR on your mails, sometimes they also just don't care in replying. this is really so so upsetting and I don't understand how there is employees in companies that expect a salary but cannot do their jobs.... really very very upsetting and so so disappointing!
