Deception
I was made to join the debt councillors going by the name lifeline debt solutions. They promised to negotiate with my creditors for a one affordable instalment, and I paid them R4400. For the process of negotiations. They told me that if I feel like I am on the good financial state to pay my creditors on my own, I can cancell with them at any time. It happened that I felt that the pressure of financial has become less due to the promotion I got from work, I decided to cancell. To my surprise I was told to get an attorney to assist me to cancell because there's a CANCELLATION fee that I needed to pay. I didn't do that but made arrangements with my creditors to pay my debts on my own. The problem now is I can not get financial assistance from any institution. Whenever I send them emails it is rejected automatically. Please people don't fall victims of these people because they are not telling the truth. They only want customers be careful.
