Debt counsellors cannot be found

I app**** for debt counseling with them and their service was bad. I informed them that I will my debts on my own,they informed me that I must inform them when I have paid up all my debts. In April 2018,I paid all my debts but when I called them the call did not go through. I sent them emails and still hit the wall. I finally went to their offices in Durban and there is no trace of them.
