Wont get your loan.

<div>I have tried to take a loan out with them, all approved, then had to pay a refundable security deposit of R2999.99, which I did (loaned this from a friend, as said I will pay them back when loan is paid into my account) , got email all approved and my loan will be paid into my account before end of the day, this didn't happen, I received another email at 16:45 to say that I must pay insurance amount of R4980.50 before the loan gets paid. Told them that I don't have this funds, it was not stipulated anywhere in the emails, correspondence or on their contract. Asked that there cant be someway that we can help each other, i.e get deducted off my loan amount, pay monthly installment towards this insurance, can they not pay the loan into my account and I will sign documentation / surety that the minute the funds are in my account I pay them this insurance amount into the account they specify, or maybe take the security deposit amount off from the insurance amount (This also not refund back as stipulated) and I pay the difference. Nothing, they are not willing to help or assist, even though it was no where stipulated on their side.</div>
