This company promises "superior ostomy support", and I placed an online order for one of their ostomy support belts in January 2023, shortly after coming out of hospital with a colostomy bag. Being traumatised by the operation, I was eager for a support belt as advertised. However, it soon became clear that the company could not deliver, and over the months numerous excuses were made. I was eventually promised a refund, but a year later this has not been made. I can only conclude that the owner of the company, Ferdi van der Linde, is a consummate con-artist, preying on desperate medical patients. Totally disgusted with this ********* hoax.
