life360 app review

Life360 is meant to be a useful app for families to stay connected and ensure safety. However, it is becoming more and more frequent where my child left home and her phone is not tracking and i have no way in monitoring her rendering this app useless. There is also no place to get in contact with support staff to raise this issues. At this stage not impressed with this app anymore and thinking that there must be better alternatives out there.
