On The 23rd of September I had an accident where I drove over a rock in the road that damaged my car underneath in such an extend that I could not drive further. I contacted roadside assistance on my Life360 app straight away for assistance. That is what the app promise and me being woman alone I felt a sense of security having this app on my phone. However no response. Not even a chat on the app to tell me if someone is on their way or what will be the next step. I waited a while and had to make other arrangements all while extremely vulnerable woman alone on the side of the road, scared and fearing for my life. It was just horrible!! I am grateful for a friend that assisted and I hate to think what could have happend if he was not available to come help me. It is not safe on the side of any road at all to be stuck in South Africa. For no one.

I do not understand how people still have this app on their phone if it does not do what it says. And to top it off, pay for that!

On the 26Th of September ....... 3 days later !!!!! I get this email response from Life360 customer care:

However, I can see that you are residing in South Africa, please note that Roadside Assistance is not supported in South Africa which is why you were unable to contact us for Roadside Assistance. Currently, Roadside Assistance is only available in the US, Canada, the UK, New Zealand, and Australia. Have a safe day,"

I feel that if you can not deliver fully what you promise on you app, don't sell it to countries where you don't have the ability to assist in a crisis. It is a matter of life and death as far as I am concerned.
